Could you please add a widget or option on the Agent interface so agents dealing with different customers world wide know what time it is at the customer location.

Hi Roshan, this could be achieved by using our IFrame App. You can configure the app to display a website that displays world clocks to provide your agents with the timezone information they need while supporting your customers.
