There is currently no way to test for office hours in templates. This would be very useful so you could display different text depending on whether it's currently inside or outside office hours. For example in a "Ticket Received" template, you could do the following: {% if app.isInsideWorkingHours() %} Your ticket was received, we will respond shortly. {% else %} We're currently closed. We will respond on the next business day.<br /><br /> {% endif %}
