We'd like the ability to create recurring tasks, choosing the frequency at which these tasks get generated (e.g. weekly, monthly etc).

This sounds like a good idea for things like routine maintenance. Very useful!

Same request here: An extra module to define recurring tasks, that automatically creates a ticket when needed. In this way we could better manage recurring tasks like renewal of licenses, maintenance jobs or reporting
