Allow recently created articles on KB to be marked as NEW Collecting Feedback

Is it possible to have the KB within deskpro to flag recently created articles as *NEW* and then have them become unflagged after a period of time? Or another way perhaps would be to have everything marked as *NEW* until it has been read by the user and then it is unflagged. Many thanks Chris
