We’ve noticed an amount of spam coming through to our DeskPro account.
We wondered if you had plans in your roadmap to better deal with spam, both:
1. Automatically: e.g. more aggressive filtering and heuristics.
2. Per-sender: e.g. better tools for us to block particular senders.
It would be good to understand your plans here.
