Setting up Twitter on Deskpro

Note

If you're an On-Premise customer please see Setting up Twitter on On-Premise, before attempting to link your account.

Go to Admin > Channels > Twitter > Accounts and click + New.
Click Connect Twitter Account button, this will open a new tab.
Authenticate the account you want to link using your username and password.
Copy the confirmation code and go back to Deskpro.
Paste the code into the form and click Save.
