It would be much more convenient if we could use the same functionlity search module which is used for ticket merging. My experience is that the search module at "Link tickets" is not so effective. Sometimes it can't find any result except when I type the ticket number but it is very unconfortable to remember always the numbers. The search module at "Merge Tickets" is very useful. It suggests more options in the list like user's other tickets, open tickets etc. See attached pictures. So it is easy to use, don't need to remember ticket numbers. Thanks, Zsolt
