Some of the questions on our ticket form are kind of long, and when they are viewed in the properties area in the content pane, the ticket question text does not wrap. Depending on the computer monitor the agent interface is viewed on, I can toggle the views on the top to see all the text, but on some monitors this still is not wide enough to view all the information and there is no scroll bar on the bottom. Please allow the text to wrap so that it fits within the pane view! Thanks!
