We've added a Reports community channel to our Help Centre

What is it?

The reports community is simply an area where Deskpro users can share DPQL queries that they think may be useful to fellow users.

Users can also  request assistance on queries they are in the process of building.

Who's it for ?

The support team will be contributing to the channel.

We've already added a few example queries to start with and we shall continue to add in content.

We'll also be checking submissions to ensure queries work correctly and output the data advertised.

Primarily though the area is a platform for users to discuss and share DPQL. 

How can I contribute ?

Login to our support centre and navigate to the reports community channel.

Here you can submit your queries and browse existing submissions.

You can also comment on existing queries to join the discussion!
