Duplicate ticket Report
It would be nice to have the ability to duplicate a ticket and it copy all fields but allow you to edit them after duplicate. i know we have split but i have to create multiple tickets at once and i don't wanna add a comment for each ticket. i create about 15 of the same ticket with a slightly different title once a month.

Hi Amber,
Would creating a linked ticket work? This creates a new ticket with the same properties and the original/1st message already populated in the reply box - the only thing you would have to add is the user. More information about linked tickets here.
