I would like to see extra permissions added to Reports Collecting Feedback

Currently, there are only very basic reports permissions - either you have access to reports, or you don't. It would be great if permissions could be defined by department, so that agents within a department could see only their own reports- rather than reports intended to be viewed by another department. Likewise for agent feedback- they can view only the agents within their department.

Hi Thomas. We have been working on updating the reports interface. It is going to be released in a few weeks. It will have extra permissions for agents to view certain reports. Best, Paul
