Option to delete a user without deleting their tickets Report
When a user leaves an organization we would like the ability to delete the user without deleting the tickets associated to them. Some users will let us know they or someone is leaving their organization and request they be fully deleted from our support system. We would like to be able to leave those tickets assigned only to the organization or move to another user at the organization.
