The Ticket satisfaction section gives you two views of User responses to the Ticket Satisfaction Surveys.
Access this section by clicking on the ⋮ in the Navigation Panel, and selecting the Ticket Satisfaction option:
The Feed view shows you a detailed view of recent responses (most recent at the top), showing comments as well as ratings.
And click the Summary tab to see a table of the daily totals of positive, neutral and negative ratings for each Agent.
