Custom filter names or SLAs are often longer, than there is space in the side panel. There should be a title tag on all of those elements which shows the full name on mouse over, so it is easier to distinguish between the entries.

Hi Michael, Custom Filters have now become Lists in Deskpro, but the names of Ticket Lists or Custom Queues that overflow the navigation will be displayed in a tooltip when you mouseover for better visibility!
