Mass-merge tickets for the same customers Collecting Feedback

We have many customers who write in with multiple issues, and we would like to mass merge tickets so we can combine their concerns into one ticket so we can address them at the same time and improve efficiency.

Hi there,

This feature would be very useful when we have P1 issues to deal with that get merged into one ticket or request
