Collapse possibility of the PROPERTIES section Collecting Feedback
In case of a huge number of customs fields the PROPERTIES section of the tickets can be too long. It is not so comfortable especially if i work on a 13 inch screen laptop. The COLLAPSE function would be useful for the PROPERTIES section of the tickets to prevent users from the unnecessary srcoll down.
