Task should only be allowed to close if the Minimum Number of Characters are entered on it Collecting Feedback

When a TASK is assigned to an Agent, Task should only be allowed to close if the Minimum Number of Characters are entered on it.<br />


Currently it is allowing to close the Task without any comments.
