Sort SLA's in admin interface Collecting Feedback
I would love to have the ability to sort the SLA items in the admin section. We have lost of different SLAs for different clients and if we add new ones for existing customers they just append at the bottom. Would greatly improve readability and overview if they were sortable as with triggers so we can group SLAs.
