We've upgraded from an older v4 of Deskpro to v5.*. When this transition was made, we noticed that the width for field names was shortened greatly causing them to wrap and making them both harder to read and extending the ticket's length, unnecessarily.
We just want a change made to revert it to a similar style as the previous version or at least provide the functionality to control the field-name's width.
