Please add Froala to Guides Collecting Feedback
I think the Guides feature adds quite a bit of value to DeskPro. Adding Froala would increase the value immensely as Admins would be able to format guide topics with a finished and polished look. Keep it up, you folks are awesome and have a great thing going with DeskPro!!
