Currently, it is possible to manipulate report design, in order to give enough space to long tables for them to show all values. There is a bug, however, where even if the block has enough vertical space to display all values, it doesn't (is paginated instead).
This gave me think that it would be nice to have an option "Auto-expand block to fit all table rows", such that blocks adjust in height dynamically to fit everything.
