Being able to provide a direct link to a ticket without including the whole view state would be very useful. Currently, you can copy the ticket id by hovering over the id and using the "Copy to clipboard feature" (see attached screenshot) but there is no mechanism to copy a direct link to a ticket without including your whole view state. I'd like to suggest adding a "Copy link" to that same popup so that users can do both easily - links often need to be emailed, pasted into IMs, etc. and I think this would be a very useful feature for everyone.
