We have a requirement to integrate Jira App with multiple Jira Instances\ Servers. At our IT infrastructure, integrating more agents from different departments in our current Deskpro setup brought this requirement, were a group of users from a specific department require to create a jira ticket on their current Jira server\instance from a Deskpro ticket.
Apart from the currently connected onpremise Jira instance, we have a cloud based and another onpremise Jira instance currently in use by different internal operations departments . Would it be possible for the JIRA app to support multiple JIRA instances?
