Improve the display of drop-down custom fields in the mobile app Collecting Feedback

I have 3 levels of nested options for a custom field.

Eg.

Option A

- Example 1

-- Example 2

---Example 3

On my mobile app the 4th option doesn't display as there is a character limit. It will just show Option A > Example 1 > Example 2

This can make it difficult to ensure you are selecting the correct option. It would be useful if the display could be improved so that you can see all the options.
