The new Horizon UI for agents unfortunately has very less contrast. In addition to this, there are a lot of detailed small labels and infos which are hard to read.
So it would be good, if there is a possibility to change colors, fonts, contrast and so on.
In the old version of Deskpro, the agent sight was a lot better to read.
