Be able to apply a Macro when adding an Agent Note Collecting Feedback

In the current specification, you can apply a Macro when sending a reply. However, it is not possible to apply a Macro when adding a Note.
We understand that you can run Macros by themselves using the Macro drop-down, but we would like to be able to specify macros when adding an Agent Note.
