Sometimes is easier to have several tickets opened at once. However, if you have enabled the "Automatically start timer" option, the timer stats automatically on ALL tickets. Even the ones that you're not actually looking at.

We would therefore like the option to automatically stop the charge timer when switching to another ticket. Then the charge-timer for that ticket should automatically start.
