In the User interface of the portal it's not possible for a user to see which Agents have been CC'ed on the ticket.
The interface allows a user to CC others, and if the people they add are not Agents, they show up in the 'Also on this ticket' list. However, if the people they add are Agents, the 'Also on this ticket' list shows 'No participants'.
It would be useful if all users involved in the ticket are displayed.
