Limit agent access to Publish sections on agent side as well as in Helpcenter Collecting Feedback

If you have limited agent access to Articles/News etc, then they should not be able to see those articles on the agent side-even if they have permission to use the Publish section. The permissions should apply both to the portal and agent side.
