Changing the Download URL occasionally generates incorrect file size Collecting Feedback

I've tweaked hotlinked URLs in some of our systems Downloads. Occasionally, changing the hotlink URL will cause a bogus File Size value to be generated instead of preserving the existing value or calculating the size of the hotlinked package
