If your users already have accounts on your website, you can link those accounts to Deskpro, so they don't have to create a separate Deskpro account.
There are several ways to implement this using Deskpro authentication apps, found at Admin > CRM > User Auth & SSO.
Deskpro allows you to get credentials from several services like Active Directory, LDAP, and social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Google. Or use the JWT or SAML standards to let users sign in with their existing accounts.
