Hi, I find it frustrating to have to learn your report writing language where it should be as simple as drag 'n' drop, or pull-down menu's. Writing queries is not my thing, and I'm sure other IT Managers are in the same boat.

Yes indeed I find it frustrating that the reporting section is now as intuitive. I've had to resort to exporting the data in order to create beautiful charts and graphs to show my metrics.
