We are pleased to announce a new release of the DeskPRO helpdesk platform, build #358.
The following is an automatically generated list of changes in this release:
- FIX Comment count at the top of articles in portal was incorrect
- FIX Editing templates removing phrase tags that it shouldnt
- FIX Missing error message when trying to add a cc that is already on on the ticket
- FIX Display order of choice options would not save
- FIX LDAP App: The SSL and StartTLS options were not being applied properly
This update has now been rolled out to all Cloud customers.
