We only offer phone support for a limited number of our operating hours. It would be nice to be able to define those hours, and if we could have a closed / out side of operational hours message for users when calling in.

In addition to the hours of operation schedule for voice calls, there should be the ability to block out entire days for holidays. These would include a special greeting for each holiday event.
