A way (eg. escalation) for user accounts to be deleted/disabled from the system depending on a configured criteria? Eg. remove all users that have not been logged in to the system for 1 year (preferably without deleting the tickets of that user-ie. keeping the ticket and instead the user changes to 'deleted user')
