Simplify the values for the built-in Timezone field Collecting Feedback

When creating a new Person record in DeskPro, one of the fields for 'Properties' is Timezone. For the US, there are quite a few options, based on the city. I think it would be easier to consolidate, at least for the US, down to just four:

1) Pacific

2) Mountain

3) Central

4) Eastern
