Fixed Ticket Title - Remarques / Feature Request - Deskpro Support

I would like to have a fixed ticket title bar with ticket subject, ticket ID/reference and requester name. &amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
When working on a ticket and you scroll down in the history to e.g. download attachments of a specific comment you usually want to save the attachments in a folder named with the ticket ID. This means I need to scroll all the way up and remember the ticket ID before I scroll down and find the attachment which I want to save. With a fixed ticket title I would see this information at all time which would improve the usability.
