Search, categories and filter for uploaded images - knowledgebase Report

When you upload images, your library becomes pretty full and so when you go to create new articles its time consuming to find an image you want (so much so its easier to upload another of the same). What would be great is if you could search/filter or even if you could add uploads to categories to help keep them all organised.
