Improve the refresh behaviour when adding multiple labels to a ticket Collecting Feedback

Every time you add a label to a ticket in the agent interface, the labels 'refresh'  a few moments after you press enter as the labels get moved into alphabetical order. However, if you are trying to add multiple labels, this delays you from being able to add the next one and if you are adding a brand new label not in the system, it halts you whilst you are typing it in.

This behaviour doesn't occur in other systems I have used, and the behaviour can slow down our agents. It would be great if this refresh could wait until you are finished with adding labels.
