We use the welcome message section of the help center landing page to give users an immediate overview of important information, outages, alerts, etc. This has helped reduce ticket volume, calls, and repeat tickets.
The issue is updating the welcome message. There is no way to expand the text box (which shows about three lines of text) or adjust the left-right frame size. In this section I have HTML code and a table of services and status links. Simply adding an adjustable box would make a world of difference.
