Allow agent (not-admin) to manage values (options) of specific field - Community / Feature Request - Deskpro Support
Currently, only Deskpro admins can update the values (options) of a specific field. We want to distribute responsibility for keeping our product list in Deskpro updated. To that end, we would like to have the option to give any specific agent the right to manage a specific field (add/edit/remove and reorder the field values/options), without giving them access to the whole admin area.
