"can use tickets" in "everyone" usergroup keeps getting unchecked Finished

The "can use tickets" slider in "everyone" usergroup keeps getting unchecked!  No matter how many times I change the slider to green and click save, it keeps becoming unchecked.The offending slider is located at: CRM > Usergroups > Everyone > Permissions > Tickets >; "can use tickets"

Is this still an issue? We believe there is an issue when a download category is created. It will be fixed in the next build.
