The Properties Pane exists across the Tickets and Publish interfaces; its primary function is to display the information that Deskpro stores about a particular item.
The Properties Pane also enables Agents to carry out actions from the various tabs.
Ticket Properties
The Tickets Properties Pane houses multiple pieces of information about a Ticket and Ticket actions.
The Ticket Information tab will include details such as Assigned Agent, Team, Followers, Department, User Name, Reference Codes, time spent open, etc.
The various tabs at the top of the Ticket Properties let you access different features such; Approvals, SLAs, Problems, Billing and more.
When you apply a Ticket Action the relevant tabs will open in the Ticket Properties, where you can create, edit and manage different Ticketing actions.
If you apply an Approval to a Ticket, a New Approval window will open on the Approvals tab on the Ticket Properties:
When you create an action such as an Approval or an SLA the tabs will show a number to indicate the number of live Actions.
