Suspend organisation similar to disabling a user Collecting Feedback

We'd like to be able to suspend an organisation in a similar way to how you can disable users. This would disable all of the users in that organisation and if any new users were created immediately disable them as well. In an ideal world, you'd be able to provide a message which, if the users tried to log in, they would be presented with (e.g. 'Your account has been suspended due to non-payment of outstanding invoices, please contact our accounts team on ....').

Agree! We have just lost a group of users and there is no current means within the interface to disable them, except one at a time.
