It would be really useful if there was an easier to manage snippets as an admin.
Removing snippets that are no longer in use can be particularly time consuming as there's also no option to mass delete in the agent side snippet interface.

Thanks for the suggestion Ioana, we have implemented a better Snippet management menu in the Admin interface which includes the ability to mass delete Snippets. You can access this by going to Admin > Features > Snippets, then to bulk action your helpdesk's Snippets, select the ones you wish to delete using the checkbox, then click on Action > Delete.
