Access the Reports interface using the Reports icon on the Navigation Bar
The ability to access the Reports interface can be granted to Agents by making them a Reports Administrator in Admin > Agents > Agent Profiles in the Properties section:
Note
If you cannot see this icon, you may not have access to the Reports interface. You will need to ask your Admin if you would like access.
Alternatively, you can give an Agent permission to view or edit specific dashboards without granting them full reports admin access by using the Edit Agent Access option in the top right-hand corner of a custom dashboard.
