The Agent hours section shows you the times of day when Agents were using the interface, for a date range you select. Active periods are marked in green. image.png

Access this section by clicking on the in the Navigation Panel, and selecting the Agent Hours option: image.png

Note


This view shows you when the Agent was logged in and actively using the interface. If the Agent is logged in but not interacting (for example, they are on a phone call) that time will not be marked in green.
