The Agent hours section shows you the times of day when Agents were using the interface, for a date range you select. Active periods are marked in green.
Access this section by clicking on the ⋮ in the Navigation Panel, and selecting the Agent Hours option:
Note
This view shows you when the Agent was logged in and actively using the interface. If the Agent is logged in but not interacting (for example, they are on a phone call) that time will not be marked in green.
