We are pleased to announce a new release of the DeskPRO helpdesk platform, build #327.

This is a major release that adds a new admin interface. 

You may need to make some changes in your helpdesk after installing this update. See Upgrading to New Admin for details. We recommend Download customers do a test upgrade on a copy of their helpdesk first.

This update has now been rolled out to all Cloud customers.

If you are using DeskPRO Download, you can update your installation from the admin interface.
