The following is an automatically generated list of changes in this release:

• Remove another Process and replace with passthru
• Fix height of gear icon
• Dont use Process to run dp3 upgrade as it can hang Windows, fix rare case with dupe refs from old dp3 databases
• Older dp3's dont have a register_url setting
• Turn on display errors in legacy upgrader
• Correct error reporting (E_STRICT) on legacy upgrade pre-runner
