Download multiple tickets at once Collecting Feedback

The ability to download multiple tickets at once as PDF (both through the agent interface and in the helpcenter)

Yes this would be a good idea. I have the need to export them as PDF with the Ticket number and subject. Right now it only outputs the ticket number. I have to manually edit the file names each time.
